Color Up offers free and paid features. If you choose a paid subscription:

• Prices are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account settings.
• Refunds follow the rules of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Color Up is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things running well, but we cannot promise:

• The service will always be available or error-free.
• All content will be accurate or complete.
• The app will work on every device.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
